About The Trusted Creator
We are an independent certification body for video creators. We audit creators against a public standard and publish a record of every certificate we issue.
What we do
A creator applies, we verify who they are and that they control their channel, and we ask for evidence for videos we choose by random draw. If the evidence supports the claim, we issue a certificate with a public record that anyone can check. Read the standard for exactly what we test.
How we stay independent
Creators pay a fee that is fixed in writing before the audit starts. The fee does not depend on the result. We do not take sponsorship from the creators we audit, and we do not sell consulting to them. Auditors declare any link to a creator, and any refusal is reviewed by a second auditor. Read our impartiality policy.
